Keith Chatting

Keith is the President and Managing Partner. Keith has 25 years of solid food industry accomplishments, holding senior level positions with companies such as Nestle, Best Foods (now Unilever), Land O’Lakes and ConAgra Foods. 

Keith’s Philosophy
“A client hiring authority needs to believe that the recruiter he/she has chosen is doing everything humanly possible to secure the best talent for the job. I believe that every job should be filled with only the top “A” talent. Anything less is an unacceptable compromise!”

MBA from the University of Bridgeport. Concentration in Marketing, Bridgeport, Connecticut.

Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Dayton with a major in Marketing, Dayton Ohio.

Military
Keith served in the United States Naval Reserve during the Vietnam Era. Keith was an Operations Specialist working in the combat information centers of several US Naval vessels.
